The Ways of Coping Questionnaire (WAYS) is a 66-item self-report instrument designed to identify the thoughts and actions an individual has used to cope with a specific stressful encounter.
It measures coping processes - not coping dispositions or styles. In a variety of studies, researchers have used the WAYS to investigate the components and determinants of coping.
The Ways of Coping PDF Manual provides information on:
- A review-only copy of the WAYS form.
You will require the manual if you want to view the instrument prior to purchasing a License to Reproduce (The manual contains a non-reproducible copy of the instrument, which can be used to submit to your institution or advisor for approval).
The PDF Manual is emailed once the order is placed (within 24-48 hours). The registered/qualified user's name is required, as it is printed on the Manual.
