When you take this course, you will be trained via audio CD by Dr. Sanford Kulkin, an expert in the field who has spent the last 30+ years training thousands of individuals in the theory and applications of behavioural assessment.

The DISC can be used as a part of your consulting practice to enhance relational time professionally and personally, gain greater sensitivity to others around you, maximise personal strengths and minimise weaknesses, resolve internal conflicts and power struggles more quickly, enhance teamwork among an organisation's staff, assess a person's nonverbal communication, identify how and why people make decisions, reveal root communication problems in seven minutes and motivate others toward greater productivity
Participants undertaking this training are required to maintain a passing score of at least 70%.
