The Global GPP-I has been developed to provide a reliable and accurate assessment of nine major areas of personality that have been identified as important indicators of future job performance:
- Ascendancy
- Self assuredness
- Responsibility
- Emotional stability
- Cautiousness
- Original thinking
- Personal relations
- Vigour
- Self-esteem
Candidates are presented with a set of four statements, from which they are asked to select one item which is most like themselves and one which is least like themselves. Its combination of question types makes it extremely hard for candidates to fake.
The assessment is quick to administer and score, making it easy to fit into any work schedule. The Global GPP-I can be used to assess a wide range of candidates and is particularly suitable for the recruitment of sales personnel and sales and general managers.
