PeopleMapper® assesses an individual's most likely behaviour in work situations. It assesses primary dimensions that are work-related:
- Change oriented
- Socially confident
- Perfectionist
- Warm
All questions in PeopleMapper® relate to normal adult personality. The items include directly work-related items and also nonbusiness items about everyday life, which minimise transparency and 'fakeability'.
