Content:

The LDR is an expert system designed for individuals wishing to improve managerial and executive performance.

The LDR provides focused advice that offers insight into how a manager’s personality affects his or her performance and how to modify a manager’s behaviour within his or her own natural limits. The LDR promotes the development of strategies that allow an individual to work and manage more effectively, given a set of personality characteristics.

The comprehensive report provides a profile of one’s work-oriented personality and useful advice on how to maximise leadership effectiveness.

The LDR is beneficial in a variety of situations. The LDR can be used to aid managerial and executive development and performance, as a foundation for management and executive counselling, for pre-hire assessment for selection and placement of employment applicants, as a career development aid for business students and executive development program participants, and as an adjunct to team building exercises.
