Interstrength X-Styles Assessment

Author(s): Linda Berens PhD and Mark Majors PhD

Interaction Styles provides easily recognisable information about how people interact and influence each other and how they function effectively in teams. This model identifies powerful drives and underlying beliefs that help develop rapport and strengthen collaboration. The Interstrength X-Styles Assessment is the only instrument available designed to identify best-fit Interaction Styles patterns. This 60-item questionnaire helps your clients understand the "how" of their behaviour. It refers to patterns of interaction that are both highly contextual and yet innate. Knowing interaction style will help your clients locate interpersonal conflicts and situational energy drains. It will give them a map for greater flexibility in their interactions with others. Knowing and understanding their Interaction Styles will help clients:

  • explore their strengths and weaknesses in communicating with and influencing others
  • capitalise on the power of their style
  • use their natural talents to get better results
  • create buy-in for their ideas
  • recognise the styles of others and create better relationships

The benefits to you include:

  • Inexpensive report of tremendous value
  • Easy on-line administration via the 16types.com Pro System
  • Routing of reports directly to you for distribution to your client
  • Availability of two different report options
