Content:

The EIQ is an innovative and accurate assessment tool designed to measure an individual’s potential based around seven emotional competencies that are proven to predict success at work:

• Self awareness
• Emotional resilience
• Interpersonal sensitivity
• Influence and persuasion
• Intuitiveness
• Conscientiousness and integrity

The EIQ consists of Managerial and Managerial 360º (EIQ: M) and General and General 360º (EIQ:G). The optional 360º (multi-rater) assessments provide an all-round assessment of an individual’s performance from peers, colleagues and manager.

The questionnaire is paper and pencil based and users input scores into the EIQ Scoring and Reporting software, which generates a comprehensive report detailing both scores on individual competencies and an overall EI score. In the case of the optional 360° assessment, the perceived differences in performance are shown.

The EIQ can be used for individual development programs, team building, assessment and development centres, and counselling, coaching or mentoring programs.
