The 3SP is a powerful, empirically based assessment that analyses the strengths and weaknesses of a sales professional. It measures 28 critical dimensions of expected sales performance, with a focus on ‘red flags’ that could impede one’s success.
The 3SP report is very comprehensive, and contains both profiles and narrative descriptions. This complementary information describes an individual’s expected level of performance on the skills and personal characteristics critical for success in sales. Every statement in the report is supported by statistically significant findings between personality and job performance.
The 3SP can be used for the selection and placement of job applicants, succession planning, and sales coaching and career development.
